Well, this weekend was a bad one for top 10 teams and Heisman hopefuls alike. The top 10 teams went 5-4 (Oklahoma had a bye) and the only Heisman candidate that really shined was Tebow. And he suffered a concussion, so he can't be feeling great today either. Sure McCoy threw 3 touchdowns, but he also threw a pick and his numbers just weren't that impressive considering his opponent was UTEP. Jahvid Best didn't do much while Cal was getting stomped by Oregon, and the worst performance had to be Jacory Harris against Virginia Tech. He was 9 for 25 for 150 yards, no touchdowns and 1 interception. So all things considered, Jimmy probably didn't hurt his Heisman chances with his less than stellar numbers against Purdue. In fact, some would say he improved them after leading the Irish on the 72 yard drive that ended with a touchdown pass to Kyle Rudolph with 25 seconds left. Every Heisman winner has that moment during the season when he steps up under pressure and puts his team on his shoulders. Maybe this was Jimmy's moment.

Tony Pike should be the top candidate for heisman, the fact that you didn't even mention him shows how stupid you are. No wonder Stanford didn't want you.
